St. Edward's Hall Mullets Against Malaria
No one should die from a preventable, treatable disease. Yet millions of people around the world are at risk. $10 can provide TWO bed nets to protect families in need.
About Mullets Against Malaria
Mullets Against Malaria is a St. Edward's Hall event that raises money for United to Beat Malaria (formerly Nothing But Nets). By having their hair cut into the legendary 80's hair style known as the "mullet," Stedsmen proudly sport their unique coiffures on campus, drawing attention to the disease as well as raising funds to support United to Beat Malaria. Only when the fundraising target has been reached do the mullets come off.
No one should die from a preventable, treatable disease. Yet millions of people around the world are at risk of malaria. That's where you come in. $10 can help provide TWO insecticide-treated bed nets to protect families in need, so even a small donation can do immeasurable good.
To help fight this deadly disease, we ask that you please consider donating to United to Beat Malaria. All donations support providing lifesaving insecticide-treated bed nets and other malaria services and tools for mothers, fathers, and children in need in Africa and Latin America and the Caribbean.
Thank you for your generosity. Without it, this great event could never happen.
All of our love and follicles, Patrick Fischer and the Gentlemen of St. Edward's Hall.
